Wizbang Hub, for your town or county

Your town deserves more than a Facebook group.

Give your town its own online home, with local news, weather, events, business listings, conversations and sponsor spots. Ready in about a minute. No technical skills required.

No setup fee. Every feature included. Cancel anytime.

Opening to founding communities first. Save your spot below.

The Juniper Crossing homepage, with today's Morning Crossing brief

Juniper Crossing is our made-up demo town. Every screen here is the real product.

You’re doing the work. Facebook gets the audience.

You built the group. You welcome newcomers, answer questions, remove spam, post events and keep people informed. Then an algorithm decides who sees your work.

Local announcements disappear. Business recommendations get buried. Events get lost in comment threads. And after all those hours, you still don’t have a place your community truly controls.

Wizbang Hub changes the arrangement. Keep your Facebook group, and use it to bring people to a community website with its own news, directory, events, conversations and member email. Your community deserves a permanent home.

Give your community a reason to come back tomorrow.

Every morning, your Hub brings together local weather, alerts, school delays, upcoming events, local news and community conversations. Residents get a useful daily starting point. You get fresh content without spending your morning writing it.

The Daily Brief also goes out by email, so it reaches people who haven’t opened the site yet.

  2. Your Daily BriefBuilt for you every morning
  3. Readers come backOn the site and in their inbox

Fresh local information. Every morning. Without the daily workload.

Help residents find local businesses. Give businesses a reason to support your site.

Every town needs a reliable place to find local services. Your Hub includes a searchable directory of businesses and creators, with reviews, recommendations from neighbors and business-owner verification.

  • Residents find who to call, vouched for by people who’ve used them.
  • Owners claim their listing and keep it up to date once you verify them.
  • Fill it in about a minute from public map data, or let members add listings.
  • Sponsored spots are always labeled, so trust stays intact.

Your community website doesn’t have to be another monthly expense.

Local businesses already spend money trying to reach nearby customers. Wizbang Hub gives you built-in sponsor spots where businesses support the community while promoting their services. You choose your sponsors, set your rates and manage their placements. View and tap counts help show sponsors how their spots perform.

Questions people ask first.

Do I need technical experience?

No. Your pages and features are already set up. Add your name, logo and colors, then start inviting members.

Do I have to close my Facebook group?

No. Keep your Facebook group and use it to share your Daily Brief, events and community website.

How much time will running my site take?

The Daily Brief assembles itself. You’ll still manage your community, approve submissions and respond to members as needed.

Will people join a new website?

You’ll need to invite them and give them reasons to return. The Daily Brief, the directory and events are good places to start.

Will my site earn money?

Sponsor tools are included. You set your prices and find participating businesses. Revenue is not guaranteed.

Who controls the site and member information?

You run your community and its administration. Members have tools to download or delete their personal data.

What if someone claims my area first?

Wizbang allows one Hub per county. Availability is first come, first served. You can join a waitlist for a taken county, and we’ll email you if it opens.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel your subscription from your Admin page. No phone calls or cancellation forms.

You already care about your community. Now give it a place to call home.

You’ve spent time bringing people together, sharing local information and helping neighbors connect. Wizbang Hub gives you the website, the tools and a way to support the work through local sponsors. No building from scratch. No technical headaches. No waiting weeks to launch.
