The same ten parents do everything, because nobody else saw the ask.
The volunteer sign-up went home in a backpack. The fundraiser reminder went to spam. The meeting minutes live in somebody’s laptop.
And the parents who would help never knew how.
Wizbang Boosters puts every ask where families look, with the next event and the next ask right up top.
Events and fundraisers
The fun run, the book fair and the next meeting, on one calendar.
Fundraisers, meetings and school events on one calendar, with what you need and when. Post the ask once, pin it, and email it to every family.
- Asks that stay put. Pinned to the homepage until the job’s filled.
- Meeting dates and notes. For every parent, not just the ones who came.
- Email to every family. One message, every inbox.
Families
A place to raise a hand and share the photos.
Parents volunteer, ask questions and plan on the Board. Photos from the carnival and the game land on a photo wall on the homepage.
- Join with a handle. Kids’ names stay off the public pages.
- Members only, if you like. Keep the Board and photos for families who joined.
- Officers. Each can post news and keep things tidy.
Everything a parent group needs.

Questions
What people ask before they start.
Can we take donations or sell spirit wear on the site?
Not at first. Link to the payment page you already use, and we’ll tell you when giving on the site arrives.
Does the school have to run it?
No. Your PTA, PTO or booster club runs it. Officers can add and remove each other in Admin.
Do our members pay anything?
No. Joining your site is free for everyone in your group. You pay one monthly price for the site.
Can we use our own web address?
Not yet. Your site lives at an address you choose on wizbangsites.com.
Running more than one site?
Add another from My sites with the same account. Your second site, and every one after it, is 10% off for as long as you keep them.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from your billing page. Your site stays open until the end of the month you paid for.
