Questions
What people ask before they start.
Do you take a cut of what members pay?
No. Members pay you directly, into your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its usual card fee (in the US, 2.9% + 30¢ a payment). Wizbang only charges the plan price.
Who handles refunds?
You do, in your own Stripe dashboard. Refunds and disputes go to your Stripe account, not to Wizbang.
Can I move my Facebook group over?
Facebook doesn’t let other sites copy members or post into groups, so you invite them. Admin gives you ready-made posts, an email, a picture and a flyer, and an invite link that shows how many people it brings.
Do free members pay anything?
No. Anyone can join free. Members only pay if they choose a paid level, and that money goes to you.
Can we use our own web address?
Not yet. Your site lives at an address you choose on wizbangsites.com.
Running more than one site?
Add another from My sites with the same account. Your second site, and every one after it, is 10% off for as long as you keep them.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from your billing page. Your site stays open until the end of the month you paid for.
